DAY 1 : English day in Ste Madeleine

DAY 2 : Arrival in St Lunaire

Hi!

We had a nice trip to Saint Lunaire. We arrived at 11:50, dropped our bags and had lunch (carrots, pasta Bolognese, "Far breton"). In the afternoon we visited and decorated the recreation/youth center. After that we went to the beach and then came back for a snack. Right now some of us are having a shower, others are making beautiful Christmas cards. And oh... wait a minute, it's already dinner time. Gotta go!! Talk to you soon!

DAY 3 : Let's go to Saint Malo and Jersey!

Hi!

Today we got up at 5:30AM and got dressed. After that we had breakfast and took 2 buses to Saint Malo where we got onto a huge ferry boat that took us to Jersey. Some of our friends stayed in Saint Malo though for some awesome sightseeing, challenges and an unforgettable lunch at the "Crêperie". In Jersey we had a great day of orienteering, communication challenges in real authentic situations (looking for some specific shops, places, statues, asking our way in the street, checking prices and stuff...), we had a nice fish & chips lunch at Rosie's Tea Shop, where we could hear Rosie's adorable Scottish accent. Some of us took a walk by the cliffs and the light house, others visited a super old church and the Fishermen's chapel then took a photo challenge.

After that we came back downtown and had 2 hours to walk around, go shopping and buy all kinds of souvenirs before catching the last ferry at 7:50PM. We finally got home at 11PM, both really happy and tired...

Talk to you tomorrow!

DAY  4 :  Sea Zone, land art, Christmas lunch + Tea party!!

DAY  5 :   sightseeing, singing  and making comics.

Boy, what a day! We went to the beach to pick up all kinds of stuff from shells and sea weed to rubbish. We learnt a lot about sealife and pollution. We also had indoors activities such as drama club, vocab games, mime and so on. For lunch Julien our cook made a delicious Christmas meal and after that we prepared the Tea Party: some of us prepared cookies, biscuits and apple crumble, others rehearsed for a musical or theater performance. We had such a great time!

In the evening we had a crazy disco party! We had a blast!

Today was our last day in Saint Lunaire... time flies!!

We woke up at 7:30AM, had breakfast and then packed up and cleaned our rooms before the morning activities.

At 10AM, we took a walk in Saint Lunaire and headed to "la pointe du Récollé". The view was stunning up there!

In the afternoon we all sat together to create our own comic strip on a huge piece of paper!

Our bus driver Jonathan picked us up at 4PM and we said goodbye and thank you to Andrew, Emily and Debbie.

Many thanks to Liam, Niel, Typhaine, Julien, David, ...
